Happy Memorial Day!! What a gorgeous day we were blessed with today...good weather, good food and good HOCKEY!! We got together to celebrate Uncle Timmy's birthday today and he was teaching Shaelyn the cool hand shake??!! I think she might have been more interested in his birthday cake cookie...I don't know you decide!!

It seems timely that I'm just posting a comment to the blog but it's 12 midnight and the Detroit Red Wings have just defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins in Pittsburgh for Lord Stanley's Cup. I'm wishing I could do a lick, bump, sizzle with my girl Shaelyn right now to celebrate but maybe mom and dad will bring her down to the parade in Detroit on Friday? What do you think Shannon?
